Reconsideration of my Game Level Layout: Minor Thought

I am close to finishing remodelling my game level and even though I have considered that my tree houses will be high up in the trees, I think that I may have to have them on the ground with the rest of the trees placed high around the tree houses. This will still convey the theme of FEAR.

I am thinking about this because in one of the tree houses I would like a small lake which would not be possible if the house was high up in the trees as the water would have no source.

I have also thought of going ahead with the idea of keeping the tree houses high up and still creating a lake in one of them but creating a small hole in the floor of the house and the lake being placed there that way there is nothing stopping it.

I think I am going to go with the last idea because it makes more sense and I can still place my tree houses high up on the trees.
